Puckett Greenhouses, LLC will always protect your privacy. We do not sell or give your customer information or email addresses to anyone!

Puckett Greenhouses, LLC Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase notify us within 15 days from the date you receive your order (after 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies). We will refund the purchase price of your item(s) or exchange the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages will not be accepted. Customers will be charged the return shipping cost for refused packages which have not been damaged. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds. Damaged or missing items noticed at delivery should be reported as soon as possible and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in good condition (This means everything that was shipped with the item(s) must be returned). Returned items not in good condition may be refused.

Custom Made Greenhouses and Items
These are custom made for the individual and are guaranteed to be as advertised and free from flaws. Custom made orders are NON RETURNABLE.

Product Returns
To return a product please call our office toll free at 1-800-PUCKETT or email us at ordersandinfo@puckettgreenhouses.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please also include the reason for the return and you are required to complete a RMA form. Please call or contact us at the above email to request an RMA form. *Note all Berry Seeder and Plug Popper/Dislodges/Dibblers products are custom made to order and none returnable*

Puckett Greenhouses, LLC is not liable for damages including but not limited to personal injury, damage, loss, or any other expense directly or indirectly from the use of, or inability to use, the products we offer. We assume no responsibility for failure due to not installing an item correctly.

Ordering Information

PayPal
We accept PayPal payments from your PayPal account. To pay using your PayPal account just log into your PayPal account during checkout. Your payment will be fast, safe & secure.

Online credit card orders via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Once you have placed your order and are ready to check out you can pay online with any major credit card via PayPal.

1. During the check out process click the PayPal button.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see “Don’t have a PayPal account“
3. Click the continue button.

**NOTE** Please be aware that it normally takes 3-4 business days for an E check to clear your bank and be transferred to our account. No orders will be shipped until we have verification that your funds have cleared.

Wholesale Pricing

You must have a Sales Tax Number for your business to receive our wholesale price.

Place your order online and select the "order offline" option when prompted. Please print your completed order form and fax it to us at 276-251-1401.

Please include your payment of choice. Please be aware that if you are paying by check your order may be delayed 6-8 days while your check clears our bank.

Returned check Policy

Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice. 5.3% sales tax applies to Virginia residents.

Shipping Information
Some items sold by Puckett Greenhouses are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. With that being said your order may arrive at different times and in separate packages. Puckett Greenhouses, LLC does not ship outside the US.
